Serve as the senior internal lead planner and project manager overseeing the City of Vancouver’s engagement in the Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) program. Steward the internal development and review of technical transportation, urban design, and policy options. Serve as the City’s primary inter-departmental liaison on IBR and collaborations with regional partners. Manage consultant and program contracts. May oversee the technical work of a lower-level project coordinator.
