We are seeking a talented urban designer with at least two years of relevant experience in urban design-related practice to work in our Portland office. This position requires a professional degree in urban design and planning (postgraduate level) or landscape architecture (BLA or MLA). The position requires a strong understanding of physical planning and design as well as clear graphic communication skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, GIS, CAD, and Rhino. Hand drawing skills are also an asset. Our ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills and be self-motivated, rigorous, collaborative, organized, and efficient. Additional responsibilities include supporting project managers by assisting with team coordination, scheduling, and meeting deliverable deadlines.
