The Oregon Chapter of the American Planning Association (OAPA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide legislative advocacy services during the 2027 Oregon Legislative Session.

Working closely with OAPA's Legislative and Policy Affairs Committee (LPAC) and Board of Directors, the Legislative Advocate will provide strategic guidance, legislative monitoring, advocacy support, and relationship-building with legislators, agency staff, and coalition partners to advance OAPA's legislative priorities.

The successful proposer will serve as a trusted advisor throughout both the interim period leading into the legislative session and during the session itself.
