We’re Hiring: Associate Planner!

Ready to help shape the future of Roseburg? The City of Roseburg is looking for a detail oriented, analytical, and community minded professional to join our Community Development team as our next Associate Planner.

What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll contribute to both current and long range planning efforts, including: • Assisting in developing grant proposals for new City programs • Coordinating public meetings, neighborhood meetings, and other citizen involvement activities • Advising the public on how City Ordinances and policies affect property use • Analyzing land use applications and preparing written staff reports and recommendations • Conducting special studies and projects as assigned • Providing staff support and presentations to commissions and committees
