Under the general supervision of the Senior Planner, the incumbent is responsible for assigned tasks and duties in relation to planning; infrastructure development; and construction projects; including project management, project budgets, research, project and program analysis; and grant preparation including writing, tracking and monitoring of information on awarded grant activities, and on specific Notices of Funding Availability, in support of the Nation’s advanced planning and program implementation activity. Responsibility of assisting the planning team in ensuring planning and construction projects are on-time, on-budget, safely & efficiently, in a manner that best meets the interests of the Nation; generates, manages, performs analysis & mapping of data as needed; coordinates activities & communicates information between necessary staff, consultants, public, and contractors to complete the work necessary for planning activities.
