Serve as the Port of Portland’s primary contact for marine terminal tenant capital expansion and redevelopment projects, facilitating design reviews to ensure compatibility with on-terminal development. Oversee tenant construction by participating in inspections, meetings, and stakeholder coordination. Lead feasibility studies, operational analyses, and development plans to support current and future tenants while aligning with Port objectives. Manage grant funding requests and grant-funded projects, ensuring compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Oversee terminal condition assessments and their integration into asset management plans. Ensure alignment between tenant and Port capital projects with long-term terminal plans. Participate in internal working groups on key marine development topics, provide planning support for the Port’s Navigation division, and manage on-call contracts for timely consultant responses.
