Oregon APA is governed by a 20-member Board of Directors consisting of elected and appointed representatives. Our staff facilitates our programs and supports our volunteer committees.

Aaron Ray, AICP (he/him)

Aaron is Senior Aviation Planner for the Port of Portland and has previously worked in both long-range and current planning in Hillsboro, Benton County, and Cottage Grove, Oregon. He joined the Board in 2016.

J.D. is Planning Director for the Umatilla Indian Reservation with past work in urban design and academia. He has been on the Board since 2018.

Puja is the Senior Strategic Site Planner with Intel, specializing in land use planning & urban design. She has previously worked in Portland, Seattle, Chicago, San Francisco & India. She joined the Board in 2021.

Nancy is a Coastal Planner at the Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce, where she specializes in environmental planning. She previously worked as the Planner for the City of Astoria. She has been on the Board since 2020.

Amanda is the City Planner at the City of Cottage Grove, where she focuses on long-range planning, housing, emergency preparedness, floodplain management, and historic preservation. She rejoined the Board in 2021.

Kate, Principal of WerkSTADT Urban Planning + Development, has over 15 years experience including affordable housing development in Portland and city planning for the City of New York. She joined the Board in 2021.

Dana is the Planning Manager at the City of Bandon and has previously worked in transportation and small city planning throughout Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties. She has been on the Board since 2020.

Li is a Senior Planner and Project Manager with OTAK focused on land use entitlement work for private and public clients. Her previous experience includes affordable housing development and municipal planning. She has been on the Board since 2019.

Brian Campbell, FAICP (he/him)

Brian is retired with 44 years of planning experience with the Umpqua Regional Council of Governments, Clackamas County, Port of Portland, City of Portland and as a volunteer with APA. He joined the Board in 2007.

Eunice is the Long Range Planning Manager for the City of Salem. She previously worked as a planning consultant in Massachusetts, focusing on housing and land use. She has been on the Board since 2020.

Dani is a PSU MURP graduate who has worked for the Planning Office of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation since 2018, currently as the Transportation Planner. She joined the Board in 2019.

Brad works on education, advocacy and policy support for the building industry in Southern Oregon to create affordable housing. He also serves as a Jackson County Planning Commissioner. He joined the Board in 2016.
