The City of Hermiston seeks an experienced consultant team to assist with a major industrial urban growth boundary expansion. Assistance is needed to navigate the UGB expansion process and provide documentation necessary to comply with OAR 660-024. The city seeks to expand the UGB to replenish the land supply following recent industrial development and is preparing an economic opportunities analysis. Proposals are due on October 6, 2023 at 5:00pm, Pacific Time.
