Bob Stacey, 72, Passes Away

OAPA sends condolences to friends, family, and colleagues of former Metro Councilor Bob Stacey who passed away on September 8. Stacey, who represented Metro District 6 prior to his retirement last year, was a longtime advocate of good planning in Portland and in the state of Oregon.
